Fast Track with White Glove service provides Next Business Day (NBD) unit Exchange with Removal & Installation services from an Authorized Samsung Technician during the term of coverage from date of purchase. For next business day White Glove service, support calls must be made before 2pm EST M-F. The Samsung technician will handle the return of the non-working unit back to Samsung.
