Q: My Password doesn't work or I can't find my username and password
A: If you are an existing customer you can attempt to login using your previous login email. However, if that doesn't work, you can try getting your password by clicking the link on the top right of any page, "Lost Password". There you can enter your email. If for some reason that doesn't work or your email is not recognized you may also try your phone number @directdeals.com (ie: 8005551212@directdeals.com). If you continue to have trouble retrieving your password, please contact us.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
